**SIMPLE PROGRAM TO BETTER HEALTH & HEALING**

1.  Exercise - 20 to 30 minutes, 3-5 x/wk (more is better) and get your heart rate up

2.  No High Fructose Corn Syrup and No Partially Hydrogenated Oils/Trans fats

3.  Minimize refined sugars and simple carbohydrates like flour, pasta, etc.  (fruits & vegetables have good carbohydrates).  Sugar causes insulin levels to fluctuate and increases inflammation.

4.  Juice Plus (Garden Blend + Orchard Blend and you can consider adding Vineyard Blend).  This will improve your diet and give you fiber, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals and other good things in nature.

5.  Omega-3 fish oil (vegans can get it from flax seed).  At least 1gram/day (add EPA + DHA for total).  If your diet is pro-inflammatory, you will need more.  High doses are safe as long as it is good quality meaning no heavy metals and it has not sat around too long.

6.  Vitamin D3 - 2,000IU twice/day (high doses ie 50,000IU for 6 months are not toxic so if you hear 4,000 is too high make sure they have good data to back them up)

7.  Consider a good multi-vitamin, but if you have a good diet and Juice Plus you may not need this additional supplement
